| A space will only be reserved upon receipt of a signed contract and a
minimum deposit equal to one-half of the total booth rental amount. More
than one booth may be reserved; however, a deposit of one-half must be
made on each booth reserved. Full payment of all charges must be made
within 45 days of this reservation. Failure to make final payment by this
date will result in loss of reservation and forfeiture of the deposit. All
deposits are non-refundable. Exhibitors are required to staff their
exhibits during all hours the show is open, including special functions
outside of public hours. Exhibitors agree not to dismantle exhibits before
7:15 pm Thursday evening.
By signing the contract, the exhibitor acknowledges,
understands and agrees with the rules and regulations set forth in this
agreement, and understands and agrees that the Pensacola Bay Bay Area Chamber of
Commerce is not responsible, in any way, for damage or loss sustained by
the exhibitor, their firm, or their customers. In the event that the
Pensacola Bay Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is unable to hold the Business Expo
2005 as scheduled by reason of war, acts of God, or acts of nature, or the
Show is interrupted in any way, no refund shall be made, and it is agreed
that all contracts are null and void. There shall be no responsibility or
liability on the part of the Pensacola Bay Bay Area Chamber of Commerce for any
losses sustained by any persons caused by such event. It is further agreed
and understood that the Pensacola Bay Bay Area Chamber of Commerce assumes no
liability for any injury to person or property occurring on the Show
premises during the Show. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless
the Pensacola Bay Bay Area Chamber of Commerce from any and all claims for loss or
damage to person or property arising out of any operation or conduct of
individual/business.
Participants will be required to visit all highlight booths to enter
the drawing for the grand prize. |
